I tried the trending 'Dalgona Coffee'

I don't usually follow the trend in social media. Kaya kahit na coffee lover ako, it took me some time before I tried the famous Dalgona Coffee.

Nagsimula siya as Tiktok trend at grabe 'yung hype kasi nga naman konting ingredients lang para ka ng bumili ng frappe sa Cafe, swak ngayong naka-community quarantine ang mga tao.

I got the recipe from Mommy Denise of Royal Domesticity : https://www.instagram.com/p/B-UEyjUnAFk/. Ang dali lang kasi i-follow dun sa video niya. All you need is three ingredients : brown sugar, instant coffee and fresh milk. Well, apat kasi 'yung yelo. :))

INGREDIENTS :

2 tbsp instant coffee

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp hot water

DIRECTION :

1. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, coffee, and water. Vigorously whisk until mixture turns silky smooth and shiny, then continue whisking until it thickens and holds its lofty, foamy shape.

2. Fill a glass most of the way full with ice and milk, then dollop and swirl the whipped coffee mixture on top.

Nu'ng una di ko gusto lasa kasi feeling ko mali yata nagawa ko. Pero later on nu'ng nag-blend na 'yung fresh milk saka 'yung coffee, masarap naman pala. Tama lang hindi gaanong matamis. :) Pero let me know guys, if you have other version of Dalgona Coffee, comment down below so I could also try it.
