I am not a typical little girl who dreamed of getting married with a prince charming and will live happily ever after. NO! I remember when I was in high school, I told myself that I don't wanna get married. Because of the thought that what if my future partner and I will go into fight and decided to go separate ways? I don't want to go in to the hassle of a scandalous annulment and heartbreaks. So yeah, I WILL NOT GET MARRIED! EVER!

But obviously, it all changed. I got married twice. Ironic isn't it? I got married twice but with the same man. First, throught civil rites and second, in the church.
So my love for weddings started when I planned my own church wedding. At first, I said I will NOT ask for a wedding coordinator because I can do it myself. But as I go deeper in to the wedding details, I found myself all stressed out because I realized that there's a lot of things to do! And besides, who will facilitate the entourage, the guests and yeah, us, during the wedding?! So I decided to ask help. My husband and I hired a wedding coordinator to help us on the day but I was still a hands-on bride.
2017. I must say that it was the time that I officially become a wedding coordinator. My friends decided to tie the knot and asked me if they could hire me as their wedding planner. I immediately said yes. I love the planning and the adrenaline rush during weddings so why not? I am even surprised with myself that I love being a wedding coordinator. I love organizing and planning an event. I may be a newbie in this field and there are a lot of things that I still need to learn but I assure my clients that I put my heart into it. I treat every wedding as if it's my own. It's like getting married all over again. I even cry at the reception because I'm overwhelmed with all the love in the surroundings. I have a mababaw na luha din kasi.
So see, from a young girl who does not believe in weddings and in marriage to a wedding coordinator who falls in love in every wedding she attends to, because love changes her. That is Me. Weddings and Me.
